Overview
Property search in Syria runs on Facebook groups and word of mouth. Listings are stale, prices are guesswork, and the questions that decide a deal — is this neighbourhood safe, is the paperwork clean, who do I trust to build — are answered offline or not at all.
We built Wslak as the missing infrastructure: a real listing platform with a map, filters and price context, plus the services around a transaction. MagaraSoft owns and operates it.

The whole marketplace on a larger screen.

Map-first discovery
Listings on a map with clustering and a Google Maps → OpenStreetMap fallback, so the map still works where Play Services do not.

Safety scoring
Area base scores blended with resident reports, surfaced as a colour-coded badge on every card and a gauge on the detail page.

Price comparison
Automatic comparison against similar nearby listings, rendered as a chart with a fair / high / low verdict.

Offline listing creation
A multi-step form that completes with no connection, compresses its images locally and publishes itself when the network returns.

Services marketplace
Lawyers, contractors, machinery and stores alongside the listings, so the transaction can finish inside the app.

Direct contact
In-app chat scoped to a property, with WhatsApp deep-link and one-tap call for people who would rather not sign up.

A production Arabic-first platform covering property sale, rent and daily rent.
36 feature modules shipped, including marketplace, cars, machinery, jobs, lawyers, stores and an investor portal.
Safety scoring and price comparison on listings — the two things the market had no answer for.
Full offline support: browse, favourite and draft listings without a connection.
