Privacy Policy

The short version

This is a marketing website. The only personal data we collect is what you type into the contact form and send us deliberately. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone beyond the service that delivers the message to our inbox.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you entered, the budget range you selected, the services you marked as being of interest, and any file you chose to attach. All of it is optional in the sense that you choose whether to write to us at all — but the name, email and message fields are required for us to be able to reply.

Information your browser sends. Like any site, ours is served over the internet, so our hosting provider and the form service receive standard technical data with each request: IP address, browser and device type, and the page requested. This is a by-product of how the web works and is used for delivery, security and abuse prevention.

Why we use it

• To reply to you. This is the reason the contact form exists. We use your name and email to respond, and the message, budget and service selections to understand what you are asking for before we do.
• To discuss and scope work. If your enquiry turns into a project conversation, the details you sent become part of that conversation.
• To keep the site secure. Technical request data helps our providers detect abuse and keep the site available.

We do not use your details to send marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not build a profile of you.

The legal basis

Where data protection law requires a basis, ours is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send. You are under no obligation to contact us, and you can withdraw at any time by asking us to delete what you sent.

Who else handles it

• Formspree receives your contact-form submission and forwards it to our email inbox. It processes the data on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider serves the site's pages and receives the standard request data described above.
• Our email provider stores the message once it reaches our inbox.

That is the complete list. We do not share enquiry details with clients, partners, advertisers or data brokers.

Analytics and tracking

This site does not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. See our Cookies Policy for what that means in practice.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it — typically up to two years. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the relevant records are kept for as long as the business relationship and our record-keeping obligations require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you and provide a copy.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete what you sent us.
• Stop using your data while a concern is being resolved.
• Object to our handling of it.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

International transfers

Our providers may process data on servers outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place under their own data-protection commitments.

Security

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection, and access to our inbox is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive during a project, we will agree a secure channel with you.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and its revision date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
